5 KEHA TANTS is a movement series inspired by the Practical Consciousness method, offering an opportunity to step out of everyday routine and find a path to simplicity and lightness. It is not a conventional dance class where specific movements are learned step by step, but a guided process that may be quiet, gentle, or completely spontaneous. It is a place you can come to without any preparation—you do not need to know how to dance or move “correctly.” What matters is the experience itself, in which the body can come alive again and free itself from habitual movement patterns. Through movement, a state is reached in which the body relaxes and the mind quiets, creating a special space where there is no need to exert yourself or impress others.

What participation offers:

Unpressured presence – an opportunity to move at your own pace without social pressure; during the class, you do not have to interact with anyone or explain what you are doing.

A space for self-awareness – the music and the presence of others create an environment in which you notice yourself in a new way, without being left alone with your process, as you are guided throughout the evening.

Being free of roles – this is a place where you do not have to be in any conventional role or prove anything to anyone, and can allow yourself simply to be and experience.

5 KEHA TANTS takes place on Thursdays from 19:00–20:30, from 17.09.2026 to 17.12.2026 (except Thursday, 29.10). You can buy a ticket for the entire season at once or separately for each class. The sessions are led by Jaanus Viese, who is a teacher of the Practical Consciousness method. For Jaanus, dance is not merely movement, but a way of noticing. His facilitation style is supportive and creates space rather than being forceful, allowing each participant to discover themselves and find moments when a simply good and light feeling arises.
