Father’s Day Evening Retreat at Villa Havukka
- When
- Sunday 08.11.2026 · 16:00–20:00Local time (Europe/Helsinki)
The best thing you can give amid the rush of everyday life is time. The Father’s Day evening retreat is a relaxed evening for recuperation, the peace of nature and spending time together. You can come with your father, spouse or friend—or simply on your own. The retreat is also suitable as a gift for a father.
The evening begins with a gentle yin yoga session. The gentle poses, performed mostly on the floor, are suitable for everyone; no previous experience or flexibility is needed. The practice proceeds at your own pace, listening to your body and allowing space to unwind. After yin yoga, we move on to a guided relaxation, where the soft sounds of singing bowls help you settle into deep rest.
Finally, we enjoy the warmth of Villa Havukka’s lakeside sauna and, if you wish, a refreshing dip in Kallavesi. The evening ends with a shared supper—a leisurely moment around the same table. Above all, this retreat is a gift to your well-being. A warm welcome!
The session is led by Johanna Koponen / Neljän Tuulen Tytär.
