Nature’s logic is always natural, easy and free. Everything we do well comes naturally, too. Nature has given each person the tools to live out their talents. These are always individual; there is no statistical average or Excel spreadsheet that you need to fit into. For me, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda describes most clearly the principles for finding out exactly what Nature had in mind for me as an individual, and how the natural logic of Nature works for me. In other words, how to live out your talents without limitations.
In this basic course, I’ll share principles and formulas that will help you discover for yourself the codes needed to live out your talents, especially on the physical-body level. But not only that. Instead of limitations, you’ll have the freedom to consciously choose what suits you best. What suits you individually is always healthy; the reverse is not always true. Rather than focusing on exclusions, I’ll inspire you to see the possibilities for enjoying absolutely everything in a suitable way and at a suitable time.
In the culinary arts, I’ll share the skills I’ve honed to precision over nearly twenty years of practice: how to consistently apply the law of least effort in the kitchen, so that both preparing and enjoying food are pleasurable. Freshly prepared food truly has vitality!
The principle behind the theoretical learning is to revisit the basic principles in every section from different perspectives and experience them through practical exercises. For example, we’ll use practical “sommelier work” to test the six tastes! Homework consists of different practices based on everyday activities, both in the kitchen and elsewhere.
The course is limited to 12 participants (two places left).
The course is compact and cannot be taken in separate parts.
