Release tension. Make a connection. Heal deeply. An FBR breathwork journey is a journey deeper into yourself, guided by Maria Timberg. Do you feel out of balance? Is it hard to relax, focus, or simply be present? An FBR breathwork journey is a deep practice that helps release tension, connect with your feelings and body, and bring more ease and clarity into your life. It is more than just a way to relax. It is a profound inner movement. A connection with your true nature.

What is FBR? FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning) is a guided breathing technique that supports balance in the body, mind, and nervous system. We use conscious breathing, bodywork, words, and presence to help the body and mind shift into a state of calm. You breathe at your own pace. The space is held and safe.

What can FBR offer you?
• A more harmoniously functioning nervous system – helps the body move from tension into calm
• Releases suppressed feelings – FBR breathing allows you to experience emotions safely
• Increases body awareness – learn to listen to and trust your body
• Reduces anxiety and inner tension – FBR breathing quiets the mind
• Supports trauma release – old tension can dissolve at its own pace
• Creates a connection with yourself – a feeling of finally being at home
• Vitality – as well as calming the mind, FBR breathing invigorates the muscles, joints, and digestive system, helps recovery from injuries, and improves sleep quality

Who is it for?
• You feel tense, tired, or “stuck”
• You carry an emotional burden or old pain
• You want a better connection with your body
• You long for peace and rest
• You want to feel held
• You long for a mystical or psychedelic experience
• Your thoughts are too active and you feel overstimulated

P.S. Come breathe even when everything is bueno! It opens you up, creates depth, and inspires gratitude. A breathwork journey is not just a tool for difficult times. It doesn’t matter whether this is your first journey or your tenth. Everyone is welcome.

Participants’ experiences:
“After a long time, I truly felt calm. The breathing gave me a bigger breakthrough than a year of therapy.” – Kätlin
“Right after the journey, I felt lighter. As if I had put down a burden I hadn’t even known I was carrying.” – Piret
“A lot has changed in a month and a half. This is a life-changing practice.” – Pirjo

Maria Timberg has completed more than 300 hours of Breathwork Estonia training, holds the relevant certification, and leads journeys using the FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning) technique. Maria studied law at university, although her heart was always drawn to psychology. Through personal development and therapy studies, she has spent the past eight years finding her way back to supporting people. This is her true calling. She came to FBR training out of personal need. A fast-paced life, young children, and anxiety led her to seek ways to slow down. Through breathwork, she has realised that a major change is not always necessary. Sometimes all you need is to make space for yourself to pause and breathe.

The group session includes touch and vocal expression. If you have anxiety, depression, symptoms related to PTSD, or another reason you feel group work may not be right for you, we also offer 1:1 sessions. When registering, please also indicate if you have heart disease or are pregnant. Other relevant questions are always welcome.
