We practise Kundalini yoga, which aims to support a person’s overall balance—a healthy and stronger physical body, a calm mind, and a deeper connection with oneself and the desires of one’s soul. 🌿 Each class is like a little retreat—give yourself about 1.5 hours. We begin with tuning in and breathing, move through a Kundalini yoga exercise sequence, or kriya, use mantras and meditation, and finish with deep relaxation. After the practice, warm and comforting Ayurvedic spiced tea awaits you. You can join the open group classes at any time—come and try one class, or join the company of regular yoga practitioners. You are welcome, regardless of your previous yoga experience.
What to bring?

• Your own yoga mat, if you wish (mats are also available on site)
