How can we empower team members in a rapidly changing and uncertain world? How can we prevent collective anxiety and improve communication, job satisfaction and performance within a team? In this training, we will learn research-based empowering communication techniques that help increase team members’ sense of belonging, job satisfaction and performance, while reducing work-related stress and the risk of burnout.
The findings of recent research confirm that the general uncertainty around us has reduced employees’ job satisfaction, sense of belonging, communication with one another and sense of meaningfulness at work. We will discuss how both leaders and team members themselves can empower team members, and how empowerment can improve communication, collegiality, job satisfaction and performance.
