🌿 Winter Wellness Cooking Workshop 🇪🇪 IN ESTONIAN
Discover the warmth of Indian home cooking, the world of spices, and the magic of simple ingredients! As the days grow colder in Estonia, it’s the perfect time to bring more warmth, aromas, and new flavours into the kitchen. MasalaKöök Culinarians invites you to a special hands-on cooking workshop where we’ll explore a lesser-known side of Indian cuisine: traditional home-cooked dishes, nourishing ingredients, and recipes passed down through generations.

This is not an ordinary Indian cooking course! We’ll learn how to use familiar Estonian vegetables, lentils, and spices to prepare simple, delicious, and nourishing Indian dishes.

🍽️ What will we cook?
☕ Golden turmeric latte (Haldi Doodh) – A warm, aromatic traditional Indian drink.
🍗 Black pepper and garlic chicken bites – Juicy chicken pieces with ginger, garlic, and Indian spices.
🥗 Indian-style beetroot and carrot salad – Local vegetables with fresh herbs and Indian flavours.
🍚 Traditional Dal Khichdi – A beloved Indian home-cooked dish of rice, lentils, and spices.
🥥 Sprouted mung bean thoran – A traditional Kerala dish with coconut and curry leaves.
🍯 Homemade date and nut balls (Laddu) – Delicious Indian sweets made with dates and nuts.

✨ What to expect at the workshop?
We’ll prepare all the dishes together, step by step. Discover how to use Indian spices and learn about food traditions. Learn to use familiar Estonian ingredients in Indian recipes. Take home recipes to try. At the end of the workshop, we’ll enjoy the dinner we’ve prepared together.

All ingredients and equipment are included in the price. No previous cooking experience is required.
