Mondays, 18:00–19:15 at Viimsi Elujõusaal, with an online video class available to watch later. I invite you to join a yoga class combining classical Hatha yoga with breathing rhythms and dynamic movement. Together, these create a meditative state in which the mind and body become calm. This beautiful synergy helps balance the body’s systems and promotes healing. Through meditative Hatha yoga, we release physical and emotional tension, creating a sense of lightness and clarity. The class also incorporates Yin yoga, fascia-release techniques, Mindfulness exercises, and practices from various holistic healing systems. In every class, we practise meditation techniques suited to the theme of the session to deepen self-awareness.

HATHA: “ha” means prana, or life force, and “tha” means mind, or mental energy. Together, they unite vitality and mental strength. Through physical exercises performed with mindful attention, Hatha yoga helps us find greater peace of mind and bring body, mind, and spirit into harmonious alignment. We transform matter into energy, and vice versa.
In Hatha yoga, we pay close attention to yoga postures, or asanas, and breathing exercises, or pranayama. Asanas keep the joints flexible and the spine mobile, tone the muscles and connective tissue, and stimulate circulation and the endocrine system. Conscious breathing helps the body gather new energy, calms the nervous system, regulates brain activity, and increases concentration and willpower. Relaxation releases tension in the body and anxiety in the mind. Meditation and mental exercises deepen inner peace and balance and expand awareness. All of this supports spiritual growth and better health.
You are warmly welcome!
