Võru – Practical AI Workshop for Office Workers

A polite reply to a customer, clear wording for an offer, answers to frequently asked questions. AI can help you create these faster, but you remain responsible. In this workshop, you’ll try AI tools in real customer-service situations.

Who it’s for: office workers, customer service staff and sales staff. Level: applied; also suitable for those who have only tried AI once.

Format: two 90-minute sessions with a break in between. First session: how AI works, ways to use it in customer service, and how to write an effective prompt. Second session: checking text before sending it to a customer, protecting customer data, responsibility and the EU AI Act. Each session includes two practical exercises.

After the workshop, you’ll be able to:
1. Name three customer-service tasks where AI can save time.
2. Write a prompt that produces a response in an appropriate tone.
3. Check facts, prices and promises before sending.
4. Create a sample without using customers’ personal data.

Before the workshop: bring a laptop or smartphone and create an account with an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. The free version is sufficient.

Participation is free. During the second part of the workshop, participants will be asked to complete a short feedback form.

The workshop will be led by Konstantin Jallai, Master of Educational Technology and adult educator, level 6.
