CHEDI X BOA: KLÄMMAR DINNER PARTY 🪩 Three DJs. Two restaurants. One great party.

On 13 November, CHEDI and BOA join forces for the first time to bring you an evening featuring the best flavours of both restaurants, champagne, cocktails and great music. The music for the evening will be provided by DJ trio KLÄMMAR – Sten Zeider, Karl Klaus and Elina Born. The DJs start at 21:00.

The party begins at both restaurants, where the dinner-party atmosphere sets the perfect scene for good food, company and cocktails. As the evening goes on, the pace picks up and the party moves over to BOA. Guests can also visit the newly opened Chedi Bar.

For this evening, we have created a special CHEDI X BOA tasting menu combining the best of both restaurants’ kitchens. No matter which restaurant you dine at, you can enjoy flavours from both. The à la carte menu will also be available.

STARTERS TO SHARE (the same selection of starters at both restaurants)
Baked venison dim sum – CHEDI
Pähkla trout sashimi with Nanyang sauce – CHEDI
Prawns in kataifi pastry with oriental sauce and lime-leaf mayonnaise – BOA
Beef tartare with Parmesan and smoked mayonnaise – BOA

MAIN COURSES (individual choice; please select your preferred main course when purchasing your ticket)

Options at CHEDI:
Prawn tails in a spicy curry sauce with water chestnut, chilli and almonds
Pi Pa duck
Beef stir-fry with black pepper and Merlot

Options at BOA:
Juicy zander patty with wild garlic and potato cream and champagne sauce
Shrimp Pil Pil with lemon mayonnaise and crispy focaccia
Grilled lamb tenderloin with vegetables and wine sauce

DESSERTS
CHEDI – white chocolate mousse with passion fruit and coconut
BOA – lemon tartlet

SNACKS
After dessert, the menu also includes savoury snacks from the BOA menu to share later in the evening alongside music and cocktails.

✨ THE EVENING DOESN’T END WITH DINNER.
After dinner, the party continues with DJ trio KLÄMMAR, and the night culminates at BOA.
