Пила вино и хохотала × Nook Resto: Wine Dinner

On November 7, we’ll meet for another wine dinner by Пила вино и хохотала at the new Nook restaurant! You can look forward to a five-course menu paired with five wines selected by me. As usual, each pairing is a separate part of the gastronomic experience that will come together into a complete culinary picture by the end of the event. This is an evening without complicated terminology or right answers—we’ll simply enjoy delicious food, discuss some very interesting wines, and laugh :)

Lightly salted salmon, cucumber and horseradish

Slow-braised beef cheek, celery and cherry
Celeriac cream / spring onion / cherry meat jus / crispy potato
🍷 Mezzacorona DiNotte — Italy

White chocolate, sea buckthorn and tarragon
Yogurt mousse / sea buckthorn gel / tarragon granita / salted oat crumble / meringue
