We’re pleased to announce the next webinar of the Change Management Club.

04.11, 15:30–16:30

Why do people resist change? Can resistance be prevented? And how can we distinguish natural caution from a situation where change is genuinely beginning to stall?

We’ll look at how people respond to change, what resistance most often stems from, and which signals are worth noticing before problems become visible. We’ll discuss how to understand the reasons behind people’s reactions, prevent resistance, and handle situations where resistance has already arisen.

Daisy Kiis is a consultant at Change Partners and a Prosci-certified change management practitioner and trainer. She has implemented change in organisations and supported organisations as a consultant and trainer, working with different kinds of change, from implementing strategy and culture to changes involving processes and digitalisation. Her international experience and work with a wide range of audiences have given her a practical perspective on how people experience change and what their reactions and resistance most often stem from.

See you there!
