Tantric Pyjama Party

Tantric Pyjama Party is a four-hour workshop where we explore touch, connection and authentic encounters in a safe, accepting and supportive atmosphere. The evening is suitable for anyone who is curious: you are welcome whether you have been on a tantric path for some time or have no previous experience with tantra. This is not a party where you need to perform or be anything in particular; you can join just as you are. At the pyjama party, we can briefly set aside our everyday roles and meet one another more authentically. We begin by settling into the present moment through breathing, presence and gentle exercises. With guidance, we practise mindful, present touch; the art of giving and receiving; recognising and expressing our own boundaries; conscious consent; and letting go of everyday roles and striving. At the end of the evening, there will be a freer session where participants can, at their own pace, practise the skills they have learned and explore encounters with others in a supportive space, where shared ground rules provide a safe foundation. At the heart of everything are voluntariness, consent, presence and respect for everyone’s boundaries. The evening will be warm and welcoming, offering a chance to deepen your connection with yourself, practise authentic encounters and find joy in gentle presence. Exercises are done individually, in pairs and in groups, safely and gently, with everyone’s personal boundaries respected. Please bring pyjamas or other comfortable clothes, a water bottle and an open mind.
