Thanksgiving at Bryggeriet Mat & Malt

On 26 November 2026, it’s time to celebrate Thanksgiving at Bryggeriet Mat Malt. Thanksgiving is a tradition celebrated widely in the USA, bringing family and friends together in a spirit of gratitude, but above all, to enjoy plenty of good food. The festive menu at Bryggeriet Mat Malt features traditional American dishes such as turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie mousse. And, of course, for the occasion we also have a specially brewed American-style craft beer on tap from our neighbour Barlingbo Bryggeri: Hejnum Hazy – NEIPA (New England IPA).

Roasted pumpkin with Brussels sprouts, bacon and pomegranate seeds

Main course
Pan-fried turkey breast, mashed potatoes with confit garlic, beer-glazed carrots, green beans with bacon and cranberry sauce.

Pumpkin Pie Mousse

On Thursday 26 November, you can order the full set menu for 435 SEK per person. Book a table at www.bryggerietvisby.se and enter “THANKSGIVING” in the booking field. Vegetarian options are also available (please indicate when booking that you would like a vegetarian menu).
