Cheese Fondue with Gotland Truffle

Fondue is a true classic during the dark, cold season, and few things are as enjoyable as gathering around a fondue pot with family and friends. That’s why, during Gotland’s Truffle Festival, we at Bryggeriet Mat Malt are offering a luxurious cheese fondue with truffle from the island.

On 11/11, 12/11, 13/11 and 14/11, you can enjoy Bryggeriet’s classic cheese fondue, flavoured with both Gotland truffle oil and fresh truffle, grated directly into the fondue, together with local craft beer from our neighbour Barlingbo Bryggeri. We use delicious cheeses from Wisby Ost and serve bread cubes, cornichons, smoked ham and a fresh cucumber salad with the fondue.
