Tirami su! Handmade Pasta and Tiramisu Evening at Väike Itaalia #2

🍝 Handmade pasta, ravioli, tiramisu and Italian wines. We went to Rome for a pasta and tiramisu workshop. We expected something touristy, but it turned out to be one of our best evenings in Italy. We sat at the same table with strangers, and by the end of the evening it felt as if we were one big family. When we came home, we knew that this was exactly the feeling we wanted to bring to Haapsalu. Väike Itaalia doesn’t have to be just a place where food is brought to you. It can also be a place where you make, laugh and eat together with others, just as in Italy. ❤️

What to expect? We’ll start with the tiramisu so it has time to set during the evening. Then you’ll make pasta dough by hand, roll it out thinly and use it to make tagliatelle and filled ravioli. Our chefs will cook your pasta, and finally we’ll all sit down together to eat what we made. For dessert, you’ll enjoy your own tiramisu. Along the way, you’ll hear stories we learned in Italy: why pasta is a Sunday family tradition for Italians, where the name “tiramisu” comes from, and why two Italian regions are still arguing about it.
