PORTAAL 11:11 — RESONANTS

Sound meditation. Tuning in to your inner frequency.

Everything around us is full of rhythms and vibrations. Every person has their own voice, their own rhythm of life and their own sense of inner harmony. But what happens when we lose touch with our inner sound?

11:11 — a symbolic moment for tuning in. That evening, we’ll create a space where you can leave the rush of everyday life at the door, immerse yourself in deep listening and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, flutes and voice will take you on a multilayered sound journey—from external noise to inner silence.

You don’t need to search for your frequency anywhere outside yourself. Sometimes it’s enough to pause and listen to yourself.

You don’t need to know how to meditate. Just lie down, close your eyes and let the sounds guide you.

LEADERS: LILIA MÄRTMAA and DENIS VINOGRADOV — founders of the Centre for Healing Sounds, musician-multi-instrumentalists and sound therapists.

Bring a mat to lie on and a blanket (some spare mats and blankets are available in the hall). Dress comfortably and warmly enough to lie down; preferably bring a bottle of still water too.
