Customer Service English Course for Returning Learners Begins

Would you like to feel more confident communicating in English? The course develops English vocabulary, grammar and communication skills for the customer service and tourism sectors. Participants learn to communicate with customers, introduce opportunities in the region, handle a range of customer service situations and write simple texts. Practical exercises provide practice in everyday workplace communication and the use of digital language-learning and translation applications.
