SOO Restaurant Long Table Dinner

We invite you to an exclusive November evening at SOO restaurant, where we’ll gather around a shared long table to enjoy exceptional flavours, candlelight and the mystical tranquillity of autumn in Maidla. When it is dark outside and November stillness settles over the manor park, candles are lit at SOO and the long table awaits its guests. This is an evening to take your time—for good food, conversation and special encounters.

Created by head chef Oliver Saaremäel, the 10-course tasting journey brings to the table the best seasonal ingredients and flavours inspired by Estonia’s autumn landscape. The menu features, among other things, moss and blueberries, chanterelles and Jerusalem artichoke, smoked eel, Estonian sturgeon, quail, buckwheat and redcurrants.

You can complement the dining experience with a wine or non-alcoholic drinks pairing selected by award-winning sommelier Kevin Lilleleht, who will share fascinating stories from the world of wine. One course of the tasting journey takes us to the manor park’s outdoor kitchen, where warming flavours and the glow of a campfire await.

The evening’s atmosphere will be enhanced by live piano music from pianist Lauri Lehtsaar, bringing even more warmth and soulfulness to the candlelight. You will also have the opportunity to discover the stories of Maidla Manor on a mystical manor tour.
