Friday afternoon: 40 emails in your inbox, and you need a summary of yesterday’s meeting by morning. How much of this could AI do? Who it’s for: anyone who writes emails, prepares documents, fills in spreadsheets or plans work—from assistants to managers. Level: beginner; no prior experience required. Format: 3 hours (4 academic hours), split into two parts with a break in between. Part one: how AI works, where it can save time, data protection and responsibility. Part two is hands-on: create a draft of meeting minutes from notes and check the result. After the workshop, you’ll know how to write a prompt that produces a usable draft straight away; turn notes into meeting minutes and a long document into a short summary; draft a reply to an email and adjust its tone; and use AI to create a spreadsheet or work plan. Before the workshop: bring one real work task (for example, meeting notes) with no personal data. Bring a laptop or smartphone; the free versions of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini are sufficient. Trainer: Julian Kaljuvee is an AI engineer who has implemented AI projects for international companies, including in the energy and finance sectors. He is a co-founder of EstoniAI Meetup and an AI trainer, and studied economics, applied mathematics and computer science at Harvard University. Time and place: 19.11.2026, 18:00–21:00, Viljandi. The exact location will be announced soon. Participation is free; places are limited—register via Fienta! The workshop is part of Arunädal and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.”
