Give repetitive work to an AI agent: it does the prep, you make the decisions. Tue, 03.11.2026, 10:00–13:00, online. Two sessions with a break in between. Free.

In three hours, you’ll build your own AI agent and decide what it can do on its own and what requires your approval.

For: anyone with repetitive office, project, or customer-facing work, including project managers, customer service representatives, managers, and entrepreneurs. Suitable for beginners and advanced users.

We’ll start with the big picture: the difference between a chatbot, an assistant, and an agent; where AI can help, what you can trust AI with, and where you make the decisions. Then we’ll look at how an AI agent can fit into your everyday work. I’ll demonstrate, and you’ll get to try it out on your own tasks:

- Choosing repetitive work: what to give an agent and what not to
- Agent instructions, settings, and knowledge base
- Agent workflow: triggers, AI techniques, AI skills, and quality control
- A customer inquiry agent as an example
- Preparing emails and documents: summaries and draft replies
- Data boundaries, risks, and approval points
- Scheduled automated tasks

You’ll leave with a working AI agent for your repetitive work, a reusable workflow, and a plan for developing it further.

You’ll need a computer and an AI account (ChatGPT or Claude). A free account is suitable; with a paid account, the agent can do more. The participation link will be on the ticket. At the end, you’ll fill in a short feedback form.

Facilitator: Kristo Peterson, AI implementation expert and trainer, founder of Kasulik AI, who has trained over 120 teams and 5,200 people. Part of the Eesti.ai initiative “Kõige AI-targem rahvas” (“The Most AI-Savvy Nation”).
