Blood Sausage-Making Workshop

Have you ever wondered how authentic homemade blood sausage is made? Come and learn to make this traditional food yourself! We invite you to a hands-on blood sausage-making workshop on 22 November at the teaching kitchen of Kadrina Youth Centre, where farm women Helle and Kersti will share their knowledge and guide you through the fascinating process of making blood sausage. Together, we’ll learn the techniques and honour our local food heritage. Best of all, each participant can take home a kilogram of the blood sausage they make!

Time: 22 November 2026, 12:00–approximately 16:00
Location: Teaching kitchen of Kadrina Youth Centre (at the activity centre, Rakvere tee 4, Kadrina)
Participation fee: €15

Please note: Places are limited so there is enough room for everyone and the instructors can give participants sufficient guidance. Allow about four hours for the workshop and buy your ticket through Fienta or at the Kadrina Community Centre office. Come and take part in an enjoyable learning day that helps preserve our heritage—and leave with homemade blood sausage!
