Discounted price €59 until 5 November! Come on your own or with a friend, but do come. (From 6 November, the price is €65.)

I see that many of my clients suffer from anxiety or considerable stress. People put off seeking help because they feel nothing particularly serious has happened. But when we start looking at things together, the burden they are carrying turns out to be quite heavy. You can’t always find your way out of the forest using your own skills.

I look forward to seeing you at the Men’s Group on 14 November at 12:00 at Sikana in Pärnumaa!

In the training, we will become aware of the high demands of the present day. Some of them need to be thoughtfully shaken off. Together, we’ll look at how to do that so life can feel more enjoyable.

Topics:
* Where do different patterns of thought and behaviour come from? Principles of a systemic approach that apply both in families and in organisations.
* Anxiety: what causes it, and how can lasting change be made?
* Becoming friends with yourself. If I can listen to myself, everything becomes easier.

The training is practical and engaging. I want to share observations that I see again and again in my work with clients. Based only on their own experience, people can sometimes find it difficult to notice the point at which a change needs to be made. Each participant can choose the way that suits them best: making notes and reflecting on their own, or taking an active part in the discussion.

Getting here is easy. We are located beside a major highway, 35 km from Pärnu and 110 km from Tallinn.

What the day will look like:
11:30 Gathering and morning coffee
12:00–14:00 Training
14:00–15:00 Lunch and a fresh-air break
15:00–17:00 Training

About the trainer: I’m Airi Kivi. I work as a psychologist in Tallinn, advising both adults and young people on work-related and family relationship issues. I mainly use a systemic family therapy approach, as well as methods from transpersonal art therapy and hypnosis. I have worked as a lecturer and, over the course of 15 years, have led psychological rehabilitation groups for traffic offenders. Jokingly speaking, I’ve seen almost everything :)
