The Creative Arts Studio is for adults who want to discover their creativity, relieve stress, take a break from everyday life and simply make something with their hands. You don’t need to know how to draw or paint. We don’t focus on how “beautiful” the final result is. What matters is the creative process, curiosity and the experience you can take with you.
Every Wednesday, we explore an exciting new theme and try out different art techniques. These are creative-therapeutic evenings where, alongside the calming benefits of hands-on activity, you can also explore yourself and different aspects of personal growth. This is time to slow down, play, experiment, discover something new and be yourself.
Participants have said that the creative arts evenings have helped them feel calmer and more emotionally balanced. They have learned a lot about themselves, experienced exciting new techniques and found their creativity beginning to flow. These evenings have offered a chance to step out of everyday routines, switch off from thoughts and immerse themselves in a creative flow.

Autumn programme:
Each session has its own focus. We experiment, experience and play with the possibilities of art materials, discover different creative therapy methods for empowerment and support, and create art that comes from within. You can enjoy the experience as a whole by joining the creative arts group for the entire season.
Upcoming themes:
21 October — Intuitive Painting
We make room for intuition, colours, shapes and the movement of the hand. We’ll see what story the picture begins to tell when the mind steps aside for a moment.
28 October — Creative Adventures in a Mini Book
We’ll create our own mini book. It’s a playful journey through a miniature world in a palm-sized book, where every page fills with colours, pictures, messages or valuable thoughts.
4 November — My Spirit Animal
For the time of souls, we’ll pause in the world of natural and symbolic beings. What animal could carry my strength, wisdom or an important message? We’ll find our spirit animal and create a meaningful picture of it.
11 November — My Layers: What Is Visible and What Is Hidden?
We all have layers: roles, experiences, feelings, memories and different sides of ourselves. We’ll explore layering through art and create a picture in which some parts of ourselves may be visible and others remain hidden.
18 November — Stories in Art
Art tells stories, and stories in turn inspire us to create art. We’ll experience how a story we hear can express itself through art.
25 November — Kadripäev Good Fortune
Inspired by Kadripäev, we’ll create a personal good-luck talisman that carries our own good wishes and strength.
2 December — A Zen Moment and the Art of Being Present
Before the end of the year, it’s time to pause for a moment. We’ll draw inspiration from Eastern wisdom and focus on one moment: the present. This is an evening where less is more.
9 December — Traces of My Transformation
Change can be slow and almost imperceptible, or great and transformative. We’ll look at change as a process and reflect on the autumn season: what has shifted, changed or become clearer in me during this time? We’ll create a picture of the traces of our transformation.
16 December — The Good Wishes Post Office
We’ll end the autumn season by giving and sharing. We’ll create personalised Christmas cards and write good wishes in them. We’ll open our little “Good Wishes Post Office”, where each card can travel straight to the heart of someone dear.
