**What is a Dhamma Day?**
Dhamma means the Buddha’s teaching. Dhamma Day is a monthly gathering in Tallinn. It centres on meditation together and a monk’s teaching on the Buddha’s teachings, but spending time together is just as important: sharing a meal, tea, and conversation.
The day is led by Ṭhitañāṇa bhikkhu. He is a monk at the Eesti Theeravaada Sangha monastery on Aegna Island and has taught meditation and the Buddha’s teachings for years to both Estonian and international audiences.
**Who is it for?**
Dhamma Day is open to everyone. Practising Buddhists and people interested in Buddhism or meditation are welcome, as are those simply looking for a peaceful day and inner balance. No previous experience is needed. No question is too simple.
