The Creative Arts Studio is for adults who want to discover their creativity, relieve stress, take a brief break from everyday life, and simply make something with their hands. You don’t need to know how to draw or paint. We don’t focus on how “beautiful” the final result is. What matters is the creative process, curiosity, and the experience you can take with you.
Every Wednesday, we explore a new, engaging theme and try different art techniques. These are creative-therapy evenings where, alongside the calming benefits of hands-on activity, you can also explore yourself and different aspects of personal development. It’s a chance to slow down, play, experiment, discover something new, and be yourself.
Participants have said that the creative arts evenings have helped them feel calmer and more emotionally balanced. They’ve learned a lot about themselves, experienced exciting new techniques, and found their creativity beginning to flow. The evenings offer a chance to step out of everyday routines, switch off your thoughts, and immerse yourself in the creative process.

Autumn programme:
Each session has its own focus. We experiment, experience and play with the possibilities of art materials, explore different creative-therapy methods for empowerment and support, and create art inspired by our inner selves. Join the creative arts group for the whole season to enjoy the full experience.
Upcoming themes:
21 October — Intuitive Painting
We make room for intuition, colours, shapes, and the movement of the hand. We see what story the picture itself begins to tell when the mind briefly steps aside.
28 October — Creative Adventures in a Mini Book
We make our own mini book: a playful journey through a miniature world in a palm-sized book, where every page fills with colours, images, messages, or meaningful thoughts.
4 November — My Soul Animal
For the time of souls, we pause for a moment in the world of natural and symbolic beings. What animal might embody my strength, wisdom, or an important message? We find our soul animal and create a meaningful picture of it.
11 November — My Layers: What Is Visible and What Is Hidden?
We all have layers—roles, experiences, feelings, memories, and different sides of ourselves. We explore layers through art and create a picture in which some parts of ourselves may be visible while others remain hidden.
18 November — Stories in Art
Art tells stories, and stories in turn inspire art. We experience how a story we hear expresses itself through art.
25 November — Kadripäev Good Fortune
Inspired by Kadripäev, we create a personal good-luck talisman that carries our own good wishes and strength.
2 December — A Zen Moment and the Art of Being Present
Before the end of the year, it’s time to pause for a moment. Inspired by Eastern wisdom, we focus on one moment—the one that is happening now. This is an evening where less is more.
9 December — Traces of My Transformation
Change can be slow and almost imperceptible, or great and momentous. We look at change as a process and look back at the autumn season: what has shifted, changed, or become clearer in me during this time? We create a picture of the traces of our transformation.
16 December — The Good Wishes Post Office
We end the autumn season by giving and sharing. We create personalised Christmas cards and write good wishes in them. We open our own little “Good Wishes Post Office,” from which each card can travel straight to the heart of someone dear.
