After the training, the entrepreneur will be able to view training as an investment rather than an expense and assess its potential benefits to the company; identify which skills the company actually needs and where the main development gaps are; and understand how to link employee development to the company’s goals and results.
Practical exercise: A skills plan for your company for the next 12 months
Trainer: Leili Mård
The training is organised as part of the “Developing SME Skills at County Development Centres” measure and is co-funded by the European Union. The training is intended for micro and small businesses in rural areas.
By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that the company is not in difficulty, that its available de minimis aid balance covers the cost of the training, and that I agree to de minimis aid being recorded for the company that registers. De minimis aid applies to the company for this training. The exact amount of de minimis aid will be determined after the training takes place; the estimated amount is no more than €50 per participant.
