RÄIMEWEST 2027

RäimeWest 2027 takes place at Munalaiu Harbour on 8 May from 10:00 to 14:00. 🐟 Visitors can enjoy delicious fish dishes, great performances, local food and handicrafts, as well as exciting workshops and activities for the whole family!

In the coastal village, a spontaneous herring-catching competition will take place. Räimeaeg brings the winter-weary coastal people out of hibernation. Crackling bonfires, dancing feet and boats circling the herring nets create the joyful village atmosphere of the herring season—an idea that has been central to RäimeWest and was created by Manija island resident Ülle Tamm.

The idea behind the Fishermen’s Learning Day is to preserve coastal fishing traditions and value local fish, especially herring. 🐟 Bring your family and friends and be sure to come to the RäimeWest 2027 learning day on 8 May!
