Kuressaare Theatre children’s performance “Sipsik”

Everyone knows Sipsik. And yet it sometimes seems that in this fast-paced world, where even children are increasingly short of time because there is so much to do, Sipsik has often been in danger of disappearing. Where do we lose our games? Who or what can replace Sipsik? This is a story about play, the joy of playing, and ensuring that it never disappears into the shadow of some static screen flicker. Sipsik is a hero! Based on selected stories from Eno Raud’s children’s book “Sipsik”, dramatized and directed by Aarne Mägi, with set design by Britt-Karen Peterson, movement direction by Tanel Ting, and video art by Arni Ots. Cast: Merilin Kirbits, Tanel Ting, Jürgen Gansen. For young audiences from 4 years of age. Performance duration: approximately 40 minutes.
