HR Bootcamp: A Summer Camp for HR Enthusiasts That Inspires and Connects

For the fourth consecutive year, Eesti HR Selts brings you HR Bootcamp—the major summer event in the HR field, created specifically for HR experts and enthusiasts. In previous years, the event has been very warmly received: participants have appreciated both the substantive content of the event and the opportunity to take a peaceful break and exchange ideas with people in their field in a pleasant, scenic natural setting. Before the relaxing summer holidays begin, we are once again bringing together inspiring people from the HR field to share knowledge, discuss future trends, and find new solutions to the challenges of everyday work. This year, HR Bootcamp will take place as a two-day event, and we are preparing an even more practical and content-rich programme. HR Bootcamp 2027 is a place where you can: Gain knowledge: delve into important topics in human resources management and take part in meaningful workshops. Find inspiration: take time for yourself to discover new perspectives and solutions both at work and in life. Participants will stay in the rooms at Kloogaranna Puhkeküla. Not all holiday houses have a shower and toilet inside, but these facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of all accommodations.
