BACK TO THE BASICS – Hip-Hop Dance Workshop with DELANOTCHÉ

Brussels-based international hip-hop artist DELANOTCHÉ is coming to Estonia—an artist, dancer, choreographer, culture-maker and founder of NTCH VIBES. Delanotché’s work is closely connected to individuality, freedom of self-expression and hip-hop culture. He represents hip-hop through a journey that has involved learning, researching and reflecting on the foundations of the culture. Like anyone learning hip-hop culture, he has taken time to develop this knowledge, and today he expresses and lives through his art with a distinctive personal voice. His movement language is shaped by a dialogue between African culture, Black culture and global urban cultures, creating a unique artistic expression that extends far beyond competition. Through dance, he explores identity, musicality, presence and personal self-expression. As the founder of NTCH VIBES, Delanotché develops his cultural vision through dance, artistic exchange, teaching and community-building. At the heart of his work are passing on knowledge and experience, creating meaningful encounters, and connecting dancers from different cultures and generations. Throughout his career, Delanotché has established a strong presence in the international hip-hop scene as a performer, battle dancer, workshop teacher and judge. His journey has taken him to major dance platforms and events across Europe. At the BACK TO THE BASICS workshop, Delanotché will share his approach to hip-hop through movement, musicality, presence and personal expression. This is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of hip-hop, develop your individual movement language and learn from an artist for whom dance is culture, communication, self-expression and a constantly evolving journey.
