Wisdom Day for Parents: The World Is Changing – Let’s Learn Together!

Haridus- ja Noorteamet invites parents to the Wisdom Day “The World Is Changing – Let’s Learn Together!”, because being a parent means learning continuously. In a rapidly changing, digital and increasingly multicultural society, parents face new questions and choices: how to support a child’s sense of belonging, mental well-being and educational journey in a multicultural learning environment while maintaining trust and the joy of learning? How can parents also preserve their own balance and energy? During the day, recognised experts, parents and young people themselves will take the stage and share both knowledge and real-life experiences. The day will be hosted by beloved television journalist Anu Välba. Come to listen, reflect and gather inspiration—for a parent does not have to know everything alone. Let’s learn together! Parents whose child attends kindergarten or studies at a general education school are welcome. Participation is free of charge. The conference will take place in Estonian, with simultaneous interpretation into English and Russian. Registration is open until 21 October or until all places are filled. The Wisdom Day is organised by Haridus- ja Noorteamet and co-financed by the Swiss Confederation to reduce economic and social disparities within the European Union.
