Meditative Gong and Crystal Sound Concert for the Season of Souls

At Voore Seltsimaja, a meditative concert session will take place during the Season of Souls and by candlelight. Aivar Täpsi creates healing sounds with crystal sound bowls, the Päikesegong and other sound-producing instruments. We recommend bringing your own sleeping mat and a fleece blanket or other blanket, as the concert is best enjoyed lying comfortably on a mat. The concert creates an environment for meditation and balancing the senses, and simply offers a relaxing hour that is often otherwise difficult to find in today’s fast-paced world. The room will be filled with the vibrations of a sound source consisting of twenty crystal sound bowls. The largest of them are bowls half a metre in diameter. Deeper sounds are also produced by two gongs. The Päikesegong, which has been Aivar’s friend for years, is nearly one metre in diameter, and is accompanied by the 80 cm-diameter PAISTE gong. The concert takes the listener on a journey through the Season of Souls without having to take a single step. Ticket: 10 euros.
