A Journey Through a 7-Course Blind Dinner

When was the last time you truly focused on what you were tasting? Not on what the food looks like. Not on whether it would make a good picture. Not on what the person next to you put on their plate. On 13 November, we invite you to an evening where we put on blindfolds and let your other senses take over. A 7-course tasting journey awaits you. You can simply taste. Smell. Guess. Doubt. Be surprised. And probably get it completely wrong at least once. That is precisely the point. When your eyes no longer provide the answer, your brain starts looking for clues elsewhere. A familiar flavour may seem completely unfamiliar, and something you have always thought you did not like may surprise you in an entirely unexpected way.

Words accompany the flavours. Throughout the evening, poet Stella Terna will guide you; her voice, words and stories will accompany you from one course to the next. I will take care of the flavours. Stella will take care of the words and atmosphere. You simply have to show up and trust.
