Telia Digital Hub 2026

Are we ready for self-organising systems? This year’s Digital Hub theme, “Self-organising systems”, is increasingly becoming part of our everyday lives – from production and supply chains to office work and the data economy. Technological tools are taking on more and more everyday decisions and activities. The question is about much more than mere automation: are we ready for an environment where autonomous everything is the new normal? How will our work, management, and business and service models adapt to the change? What role will people continue to play – what skills will we need and how will we prepare? How can we shape an organisation that operates effectively in the age of self-organising systems? We will discuss these topics at Telia Digital Hub, which will take place on 5 November 2026.
