The training focuses on developing teachers’ awareness and skills in supporting students’ mental well-being, addressing both influencing factors (the school and digital environments, lifestyle, and self-care) and practical pedagogical methods for creating safety and a sense of belonging in the classroom. Participants will learn to notice and analyse factors affecting mental well-being in their work environment and adapt the learning environment to the different needs and coping abilities of learners. In addition, participants will compile a personal self-care toolkit to strengthen their professional resilience and prevent burnout. The training will result in an applied action plan that systematically supports students’ mental well-being and helps shape a caring, collaborative classroom culture. The training is free of charge for participants, but prior registration is required. Registration for the training is open until 01.10.2026 HERE. More information about the training can be found HERE. The activity “Initial and continuing training and development of the successors of employees in the education and youth sectors” is co-financed by the European Union from the resources of the European Social Fund+.
