Rémy Martin and Eesti Kontsert New Year’s Concert

Wednesday, 30 December at 19:00 — Pärnu Concert Hall
Friday, 1 January at 18:00 — Estonia Concert Hall

Estonian National Symphony Orchestra
Conductor: Olari Elts

Olari Elts is known for creating innovative and clever concert programmes, often bringing together the classics and lesser-known musical gems. The concert hall, filled with anticipation, offers the opportunity to begin the year with dignity and rich experiences—the atmosphere is festive and excited, while the orchestra’s full sound fills the hall with hopeful energy. It is time to let the music carry you into the new year!

To mark the 100th anniversary of ERSO, we dedicate the 1 January concert to the symphony orchestra—one of the greatest achievements of Western culture. An orchestra is much more than simply a group of top musicians. It is trust, listening to one another and teamwork, where every voice matters and the whole is born through breathing together. Works will be performed that reveal the orchestra’s rich sound world, the character of its different instrumental sections and the symphony orchestra’s endless possibilities. And who is the soloist at this festive evening? The orchestra itself!

— Olari Elts
