BIRTHDAY CONCERT CARNIVAL OF LIFE
For one evening, the concert stage becomes a carnival of life, where songs, rhythms and stories from different countries meet, along with the most colourful moments of an artist’s journey. At the birthday concert “Carnival of Life”, Erkki Otsman looks back on his career as an artist through song. The songs are filled with joie de vivre, sparkle and passion. Nostalgic notes also have their place, because, just as in life, major and minor merge with one another in music. The programme offers listeners the pleasure of familiar recognition, while also leaving room for new discoveries.
The musical keywords are French chanson, Italian La Dolce Vita, cabaret songs, Argentine tango, Greek rhythms and evergreen melodies. Erkki Otsman shares the stage with a cabaret band consisting of Allan Jakob (accordion), Andranik Kechek (piano), Tanel Liiberg (double bass) and Liina Amon (percussion).
For those who wish, the concert is followed by a three-course dinner at the restaurant MEKK. MEKK’s head chef is Rene Uusmees. The dinner is expected to begin at 19:45.
Holders of a concert-dinner ticket are asked to contact Villa Ammende to reserve a table and confirm the dinner time by writing to sales@ammende.ee or calling 447 3888.
