Civic Week: Lunch with the Mayor of Pärnu at Pärnu Vabakonna Maja

What does it mean to be a citizen? Is our role limited to voting in elections, or can we also take part in other ways in what happens in our city? During Civic Week, we invite everyone interested to gather around the lunch table at Vabakonna Maja and talk with the Mayor of Pärnu. We’ll discuss how the city works, how people can have a say in decisions, and what being an active citizen means from the mayor’s perspective. The meeting will be informal—you can ask questions, share your views, or simply listen. Participation is free. Soup and pastries will be available for those who would like them, at their own expense. Places are limited, so please register in advance.
