Riga Municipality invites residents to an experience-sharing event on improving apartment building courtyards

On Thursday, 12 November, at 18:00, Riga Municipality invites residents to the experience-sharing event “Improving the Land Plot Associated with a Home”. The event will take place at “Koka Rīga”, 12 Krāsotāju Street. It will have two parts: the first will feature informational lectures and an experience-sharing talk, followed by informal networking.

Landscape architect Natalija Ņitavska will speak about a practical approach to improving courtyards. Poļina Muzika-Zinkeviča, Deputy Head of the Engineering Structures Division of the City Development Department, and Chief Landscape Architect Matīss Žuks will explain the procedure for coordinating improvement works on land plots associated with homes and the most common mistakes. A representative of an apartment building will share their experience of participating in the co-funding programme for improvement works.

The second part will take place in an informal setting, with questions for the speakers, conversations and discussions.
