Opening of Inese Gintere’s photo exhibition “The Inner Soldier”

The photographic series takes us to the summer training grounds of the Alūksne Infantry School, where 150 Latvian citizens came together over three weeks. Their everyday lives are set aside: teachers, students, politicians, artists, diplomats, medical professionals… for a time, they become one united group. The exhibition was created with the support of the Latvian War Museum. The exhibition opens on 11 November at 19:00 in the dance hall of Slampes Kultūras pils. FREE ENTRY
