Lecture: A Healthy Smile at Any Age!

On 13 November 2026 at 14:00, a certified dental hygienist from SIA “Medicīnas centrs 36,6” will visit Preiļu Galvenā bibliotēka to lead an educational session, “A Healthy Smile at Any Age!”, focused on dental health and denture care in older age. Taking care of oral health is important at every stage of life. In older age, special attention should be paid not only to the health of natural teeth and gums, but also to proper denture care. Good daily habits help reduce the risk of oral diseases, maintain comfort while eating and improve quality of life. During the meeting, the dental hygienist will share practical advice in simple, clear language on maintaining oral health and caring for teeth and dentures every day. Seniors will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain useful knowledge to apply in their daily lives.
