Gymnastics Class

Gymnastics classes take place on Mondays from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm on the 2nd floor of Aizkraukles novada Sporta centrs, at Lāčplēša iela 21B, Aizkraukle. The classes are led by sports coach Zigrīda Sprukte. Participants are asked to bring their own exercise mat. For questions, please contact the instructor at +371 29502773. Residents of the municipality are invited to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in physical activities free of charge, strengthen their health, improve their well-being and promote an active lifestyle.
