Central Finland Multicultural Forum (new date)

The Central Finland Multicultural Forum meeting will be held on Thursday, 10 December 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00 in the assembly hall of the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County, Viitaniementie 1, Building A (GradiA educational institution). The event will be held in person and is open to everyone. The meeting will focus on two sets of programmes: the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County’s Participation and Partnership Programme and its operational Equality and Gender Equality Plan. The programmes will be presented, followed by discussions in small groups. By taking part, you can share how the programmes could better take the foreign-language-speaking population into account from the perspectives of participation and equality. The meeting will be conducted in clear Finnish. Participants may bring an interpreter if they wish. You are warmly welcome! Please note: parking in the area is subject to a fee. Free parking-disc spaces are available nearby (for example, at Kisakatu 17 or around Vehkahalli, Wilhelm Schildtin katu 1). Local buses stop right nearby (for example, S3, S4, 5, 5K and 16). Register for the event via the link.
