Welcome to a joyful sing-along concert for the whole family, where memories come alive and generations meet through music. Jyväskylä Sinfonia’s warm-hearted evening invites singers of all ages into the world of familiar and beloved children’s songs. You don’t have to sit quietly during the concert—in fact, quite the opposite! The audience can join in and sing together with the orchestra and the song leaders.

The programme includes numerous classic songs, such as “Päivänsäde ja menninkäinen,” “Tiku ja Taku” and “Viikonpäivät.” The evening is led by conductor Sanna Salminen, with talented children’s choirs from the Jyväskylä area as song leaders: NollaKakkoset, KolmeKuutoset, Vox Aurea, and, from the MunKuoro community, Lohikoski School Choir and Kuokkala Comprehensive School’s Taika Choir. Also taking part are the Jyväskylä music classes choir, the Norssi choirs, and Gradia children’s choir Loistava.

Come along to sing, reminisce and share the joy of music!
