Digital help at Jyväskylä Main Library

A digital adviser will help you use devices and online services according to your needs. Guidance is provided on your own laptop, tablet or mobile phone. The service is free of charge. The digital advisers are volunteers from the University of the Third Age who have been trained for the role.

Please note: To book a non-urgent guidance session, reserve a time at least one day in advance by calling 014 569 4123.

Jyväskylä Main Library, Vapaudenkatu 39–41:

- Tuesdays, 15:30–17:30, Unonsali, 1st floor, immediately after the digital information session, on: 8.9., 22.9., 6.10., 20.10., 3.11., 17.11. and 15.12.
- Thursdays, 14:00–16:00, multi-purpose room, 3rd floor, next to the Music Department, on: 17.9., 24.9., 1.10., 8.10., 15.10., 29.10., 12.11., 19.11., 26.11. and 10.12.
- Fridays, 14:00–16:00, multi-purpose room, 3rd floor, next to the Music Department, on: 11.9., 18.9., 25.9., 9.10., 23.10., 6.11., 20.11. and 4.12.
