Kysy siskoilta musical at Jyväskylä City Theatre

At the heart of the performance are real-life stories—the creators’ own and those of other “sisters”—which reveal shared emotional landscapes of womanhood with sharpness, humour and poignancy. The musical gives voice to experiences that have gone unspoken and reminds us: you are not alone. A Facebook post about menopause that inspired the work prompted a flood of comments, which grew into a full performance about the courage to share and the power of peer support.

The performance is directed by Reino Bragge (guest), former director of Jyväskylä City Theatre.
