The reading favorite at the Laukaa main library

Here is the translation: After a long break, the reading buddy activity continues at the Laukaa main library, and this time a reading rabbit named Jätkä hops into the library. Jätkä is a calm and curious 2-year-old companion who is already eagerly awaiting new readers. You can read to the reading rabbit once a month on 9/15, 10/13, 11/10, and 12/8 from 5-6 pm. The reading time is 15 minutes per reader. Siblings can come read at the same time. You can reserve the reading time electronically at: https://urly.fi/4cxN The reading buddy activity is organized by Suomen Karva-Kaverit ry. The reading buddies have passed a suitability test and are calm, open, and enjoy being petted in nature. The main purpose of the reading session is to allow the reader to read to the pet without pressure. Most of the time it is easier for the reader to read to an animal, as the animal has no preconceptions and accepts the reader as they are.
