Hope – Photography Exhibition

The exhibition is a multifaceted exploration of hope. Its interpretations range freely from despair to the fulfilment of wishes. The subject feels particularly meaningful right now. In a time of global uncertainty, we all deserve a little hope in our lives. In the works of ten photographers, HOPE takes many forms. It may appear as light amid difficulties, longing, change, a dream, or faith in the future. A shared theme brings together the artists’ personal perspectives. Each series approaches it in its own visual language. The exhibition brings together the photographers’ thoughts at a moment when one phase is ending and another is just beginning. It also invites visitors to reflect on their own relationship with hope: where it comes from, what it looks like, and what happens when it is hard to find. Hope is a group exhibition by photography students graduating from Gradia. The exhibition opening will be held on Tuesday 3 November, from 18:00 to 20:00.
