Lyttä and Tohtori Getto, members of the KPC collective who were also once part of the cult group Korstoraatio, are undoubtedly the most intriguing duo in Finnish rap. A longtime presence on the Finnish rap scene, Lyttä released his groundbreaking album REIJO in 2022, featuring, among others, Gettomasa and Lauri Haav. Lyttä has also made a name for himself as a producer: Mr.Harald’s work can be heard on countless legendary Finnish rap tracks. Tohtori Getto, meanwhile, has been described as KPC’s most mysterious member, earning praise particularly for his smoky, hard-hitting rhymes. In 2019, the artist released the EP GG Allin/Tohtori Getto, and his more recent work includes the solo album KEPEET MULLAT, released last January. At the end of 2020, two of modern suburban rap’s key figures released the joint album Lyttä & Tohtori Getto!!. The duo continued their much-anticipated collaboration with a second joint album: in 2024, they released the independent album Kaks nimee, which stands out from the often overly generic crowd of contemporary rap. After a break of about a year, the duo began a new era in May 2026 with the comeback single iltaset, combining their instantly recognizable chemistry, energetic production and humorous rhymes. The pair are known for their strong DIY attitude, an expressive style rooted in freestyle culture, and distinctive sound. Lyttä and Tohtori Getto, who will be actively releasing new music over the coming year, have a close-knit and loyal fanbase that follows every release with keen attention. Insightful lyrics, solid articulation and catchy flow—these are the ingredients of this Finnish rap powerhouse’s live show.
